Processing venison at the Edgewood Locker is not a sideline.  It is an integral part of our business and driving force behind the construction of our new facility in 1997.  We want your venison business and will work very hard to get it.  With over 30 homemade products to offer, we are confident you will return home with products you and your family will enjoy.  Whether you bring your deer in field-dressed or completely boned out we will process it in the quickest, most wholesome manner possible.

During the 2008-09 deer season, we processed 3750 whole deer carcasses.  In addition our customers brought in about 125,000 lbs of boneless deer that we made sausage products out of.  That is over 340,000 lbs of homemade venison products!

No matter if your address is Edgewood, Arlington, Galena or Boscobel having you as a one time customer is not our goal. Return business is and we will do what it takes to achieve this.
